The combined talents of Liz Cottingham, Hotelier and Pat Spencer, Interior designer have joined forces to form ‘Design Intervention’ a unique and dedicated service to provide much needed help and advice to the Hotel and Restaurant trade.

For the past 29 years Pat has owned Curtains and Co. a beautiful and successful interior furnishing shop in New Milton. During this time Pat has worked for property developers providing exceptional show homes,for residential clients and hoteliers. Most recently her projects have included Wistaria Restaurant,The Mill at Gordleton and Hotel TerraVina. Current projects include a new Fish restaurant in Milford on Sea.

Liz Cottingham has over 30 years catering experience. Her flair, expertise and ‘hands on’ approach has turned seven run down businesses into success stories. She has owned the beautiful Hotel and Restaurant,The Mill at Gordleton for the last seven years and it continues to go from strength to strength. Liz has recently been presented with 2 prestigious ‘green’ awards for her commitment to the environment and has been awarded the 2008 NatWest Businesswoman of the Year (Hera category).
